Dr. Kim Teng, a former secretary of Samdech Mahagosananda and a Dharmayatra leader in Cambodia in 1990-1993.
He had a speaker in international and national conference related peace building, conflict resolution, environment and social development engaged Buddhism.
He holds a Master of Art and Doctor of Philosophy at Dehli University, India.

Mr. Ro Sam An, Deputy Executive Director

Sam An, work for Santi Sena since 2002, while he had take for 3.5 years working as staff volunteer.
He was nominated as deputy director in 2007.
Sam An experiences in community organizing and project designation, he is a young leader of Interfaith Youth of Cambodia, the project of Santi Sena and a member of United Religion Initiative that working to end religion violence around the world.
He is holding Master Degree in Natural Resources Management at Royal University of Agriculture, Phnom Penh – Cambodia.

Mr. Lay Samphors, Programme Manager

Agriculture specialist, Samphors has worked on agriculture and livelihood for Santi Sena since 2007.
He is a staff of provincial department of agriculture, Kratie Province. His long experiences in home-stead integrated farming development and Agriculture Cooperative establishment and agriculture training as well as community development.
He was graduated Master of Business Administration at Svay Rieng University.

Mr. Chao Ousa, Programme Manager

Education science specialist, Ousa completed Bachelor of Social Degree of Khmer literature in 2002 from Royal University of Phnom Penh and teacher with bachelor degree in 2003 from faculty of pedagogy.
He has also completed several courses such as education management, TESOL, counseling, child right and parenting style.
So far, He has worked in education sector both government and local NGOs for more than 13 years on early childhood education, community preschool education, teaching and learning methodology, informal education and child right improvement.

Ms. Puth Sarorn, Admin and Finance Manager

Sarorn, specialist in accounting and has been working on finance for Santi Sena since 2008.
She has responsible to manage all funds from Santi Sena’s donors and experiences in financial and administration management.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management and English literacy at Svay Rieng University.

Ms. Say Sothida, Project Manager

Sothida, has worked as project manager the start of 2016 with Child Labour Program of Santi Sena Organization through her background with social work; child’s rights; psychical counseling and case management.
She works in close cooperate with sub-national level to combat child labour in cross border between Cambodia and Vietnam. She was graduated Bachelor degree of Business Management at Svay Rieng University.

Mr. Khao Sokhoeun, Project Coordinator

Through his experience a long time with Santi Sena since 2000, especially work closely with community, Sokhoeun has worked on Anti-Child Trafficking and Child’s Rights through his committeemen to protect children in the rural area in Svay Rieng Province.
He was graduated Bachelor Degree in Business Management at Svay Rieng University.

Mr. Ich Saran, Project Manager

The environment and agriculture extension worker, Saran has worked on Climate Change Adaptation for Santi Sena since 2012.
He is responsible to manage Livelihood Improvement through Community based Organization, Sanitation and Hygiene and Protection of Natural Resources among 6 forestry communities; he was graduated Association of Management.
